I help people bring order to chaos — building the systems and processes that actually get used, not just recommended.
A sample of the systems built under this discipline.

For most of her career, Pat Johnson has worked inside corporate environments where the real job wasn't the org chart — it was the mess underneath it: programs that had outgrown their processes, risks nobody had mapped, teams re-solving the same problems every quarter. Her job was to find the pattern in the chaos and build something that actually held.
Somewhere along the way, she started teaching herself AI — not as a buzzword, but as a tool to move faster than the traditional playbooks allowed. She began prototyping her own solutions to problems she saw firsthand. One of those solutions is now being scaled for use across her entire company.
That experience convinced her the same discipline — program management rigor, risk management thinking, and hands-on AI fluency — could help far more people than just one organization. She's now building a portfolio of her own products, from EchoList to Meridian Finance to Legacy Vault, as proof of what that discipline can produce, and taking those same talents to small businesses and teams who need systems that actually get used, not just recommended.
Her approach comes down to one line: from chaos to clarity, one system at a time.
If your business runs on tribal knowledge, spreadsheets, and good intentions, I can help you turn it into something that actually holds.
